The Maurice Coward Award
Awarded to the best Belper & District Neighbourhood Watch Scheme for 2009 - St Laurence Gardens - presented to me, Assistant Neighbourhood Watch Co-ordinator on May 14th 2009
If you are still around, please pass on my best wishes for to-day, August 11th, as it is his birthday. He'll be ancient now, but I still remember him as a Welterweight Boxer in the Royal Navy.
He is my third uncle on my Mother's (Coward) side.
Happy bidet Mo.
Gordon & June are looking down on you, be a good man. I recall the morning after the 1966 World Cup Final like it was yesterday
